We facilitate the seamless electronic exchange of significant patient information, referrals, and reports via an application program interface that connects Medical Clinics (Clinicians) with independent radiology or other specialists (Providers) to facilitate the transmission of e-Referrals and bookings for patients and their representatives (Referrers) using our Application and proprietary software Portal (Services).

We operate independently and oTer our Services to Clinicians, Referrers, Providers, and patients for a fee. We do so as a service provider and not as an agent for any party.

If we ask you to provide any information by which you can be identified, we assure you it will only be used in accordance with these terms, the Australian Privacy Principles, and the Privacy Act of 1988.

By using our Application, Services, or other products recommended by us, you consent to us processing the personal information (including sensitive personal information) collected from you in accordance with our terms.

Our terms may be updated periodically, and we recommend reviewing them regularly. If you believe our terms fall short of your expectations or that we are not adhering to our policy, please let us know. We do not take credit card information through our Application or Software. For direct debit arrangements, the information is passed to our bank for processing per our instructions, and we keep a copy.

When you call our helpline, we collect Calling Line Identification (CLI) information to improve our eTiciency. When you send a message, we collect the information in that message to confirm your entitlement and provide the requested information. We record requests and replies to increase business eTiciency.
